Established in 2018, Starry Eyed Events has been nurtured and loved by Hayley Clements.

Hayley, founder of Starry Eyed, brings a thoughtful and ever-evolving approach to every event, carefully directing and designing each detail, from florals and lighting to bespoke signage. This creates a beautifully cohesive experience.

With over 200 events to her name, Hayley combines her expertise, creativity, and passion to deliver events that feel truly special and visually unforgettable. Drawing on her background in fashion, she has a natural eye for fresh colour palettes, layered textures, and exciting forms.

At the heart of her work is a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s vision. From initial conversations and mood boards through to the final installation, Hayley transforms ideas into meaningful, real-life moments.

For larger, more intricate projects, we offer a full design service with a minimum spend of £7,000 + VAT.

For smaller occasions, we’re pleased to provide flexible options, including delivery or collection from our studio in Stapleford Tawney (RM4 1TD).

Supported by a highly experienced team, we approach every event with care, calm professionalism, and attention to detail—anticipating needs and seamlessly resolving challenges, even on site.

The result is a one-of-a-kind experience, thoughtfully designed and sustainably created to the highest standard from our farm-based studio.
